Fluchs

the chatty courier of every river that still knows it is one

small-dog harbour gossip · 70 cm
Origin: emerged

Personality

A long-necked water dancer whose ringed tail hums with bright pulses, sending small songs into the shallows. Fluchs treats the river like a telephone exchange — chirps a greeting to dragonflies, sends wave-messages to distant siblings. Curious about every sound and proud to carry the news downstream. Long ago he was a swimming Schwimmtingly like his siblings, but he and his family evolved into a four-legged creature. He still loves the water, loves to frolic in it, loves living by the river — yet his true home is where water and earth mingle: on the bank, along the stream, beside the river. There, where he can watch the fish swim, where he can dip his feet into the water to feel the pull of the current and see the fish leap around him, where he hears the splashing of the water, where he can exchange news and simply live. Where he is home.
